Landing No28: Get Your Coat On

Hellooo fashion travellers! It's a new day today sooo.... let's land in fashion!

I haven' t posted an outfit for a while so yesterday me and my friend Maria Iliadis took some pictures for you.. As you can see from the photos  I couldn' t stop making funny faces.. 

Anyway.. Since I know that you like Mommy-Made clothes I wore a wool coat that my mother made for me this month.. I was wondering if you know the history of coats?! If you don' t that' s why I am here for! 

The Persians, based in what is now Iran, introduced two garments to the history of clothing: trousers and seamed fitted coats. An early use of coat in English is coat of mail (chainmail), a tunic-like garment of metal rings, usually knee- or mid-calf length. The medieval and renaissance coat is a midlength, sleeved men's outer garment, fitted to the waist and buttoned up the front, with a full skirt in its essentials, not unlike the modern coat.. Okey.. That' s enough! 

Last but not least I wanted to tell you that I have been awarded as best blog from two other great bloggers ( Thank you very much My Look Inspiration and a south breeze ) and as you already know I have to answer some questions.. I don' t know if anyone of you is interested to know more things  about me or it would be very boring BUT if even one of you wants me to answer these questions I would be glad to do it!
